• Report any fraudulent activities to HalalManpower for review.

HalalManpower does not:

• Guarantee the quality or reliability of candidates.
• Intervene in disputes regarding work performance, payment, or employment contracts.
• Offer refunds once a hiring package has been purchased.

2.2 Job Seekers & Virtual Assistants

By using HalalManpower as a job seeker or virtual assistant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information in your profile.
• Ensure that you have the necessary skills, qualifications, or certifications for the roles you apply for.
• Be responsible for managing work agreements, payments, and performance expectations with employers.

HalalManpower does not:

• Guarantee job placements or business opportunities.
• Get involved in payment disputes between job seekers and employers.
• Offer refunds for registration fees unless due to platform errors.

3. Fees & Payment

3.1 Employer Packages

• Employers must purchase a package to post jobs and access candidate profiles.
• Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of system errors.

3.2 Virtual Assistant & Job Seeker Registration Fees

• A one-time registration fee applies to job seekers to have their profiles listed.
• If a job seeker is found engaging in fraudulent activities, their profile will be removed without refund.

4. Platform Usage & Restrictions

By using HalalManpower, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information on your profile.
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
• Attempt to scam, deceive, or manipulate employers or job seekers.
• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

5. Dispute Resolution

• Employers and job seekers must resolve any disputes independently.
• HalalManpower will only intervene in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or platform misuse.
• If a user is reported for fraudulent activities, HalalManpower may conduct an internal review and remove the offending party from the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

• HalalManpower acts as a third-party platform and is not responsible for employment outcomes, financial losses, or business disruptions.
• We do not guarantee the performance, reliability, or trustworthiness of any user.
• Users engage with each other at their own risk.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

• By using HalalManpower, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without user consent.
